Description'Dear Sir,
Would you add your signature to the enclosed Govt Grant cheques just returned by the President. Dr [Michael] Foster called yesterday, & accept Thursday 24th, but will not decide yet upon Friday, Novr [November] 1st. I find that the latter date was announced to Members of Council as a probable Council-day, which is a reason for keeping to it if we can.
