DescriptionRix encloses two proofs of the receipt which Few has drawn up for them, and the original copy showing the slight alterations made by John Evans [not included]. He also sends a copy of the Government Grant application form, to allow Few to see the regulations referred to in the receipt form. Rix asks that he return the proof of receipt form to him before next Wednesday to allow him to put it on the agenda for the next day.
