I am to ask whether it will be more convenient to you to take luncheon here with the Officers on November 21st and spend the hour from 1.30 to 2.30 in arranging the plan of seats at Anniversary Dinner, resuming the same work after the Society's meeting (at abt [about] 6); or to meet from 6 to 7 and resume after dinner.
