DescriptionThe first referee, Professor H Lamb, has recommended R D Oldham's paper 'On the Rate of Transmission of the Guatemala Earthquake of April 19, 1902' for the '[Philosophical] Transactions [of the Royal Society]', but the Secretaries are of the opinion that it is too short and recommend it for publication in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Professor Milne, who communicated the paper, consents. Asks if Callendar as Chairman concurs.
