DescriptionMr Webb, whose paper 'On the Convergence of Infinite Series of Analytic Functions' was referred to Baker last January. Webb has re-written part of his paper in accordance with the recommendations contained in Baker's report. Refers the revised paper to Baker [not enclosed] and asks for his opinion for the guidance of the Mathematical Sectional Committee. Also encloses Baker's original report and a letter from Professor Forsyth, who communicated the paper [not enclosed].
