DescriptionA suggestion has been made to exhibit the Ashe-Finlayson Comparascope on 17 May. It was shown at the Royal Microscopical Society in February and again at the Linnean Society on 2 March where Harrison thinks Herdman was present. Asks Herdman to advise on the desirability of re-exhibiting at the Society. Encloses a clipping from the 'Daily Mail' regarding the instrument [not enclosed], indicating it has received a good deal of popular advertisement.
