DescriptionThe Council sealed the agreement for the printing, which also has to be accompanied by a signed specimen page of the new 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Asks Huggins to sign the enclosed and return it [not enclosed].

Encloses at Professor [Joseph] Larmor's request, three specimen covers which the printers have set up for Huggins' opinion [not enclosed]. Dr Larmor and Harrison prefer the stone coloured cover best.
