| Description | In reply to Holden's note, the issue of invitations for the Soiree is entirely in the hands of the Soiree Committee, the list for the June Soiree has been settled and Harrison has no power to amend it. This year in particular the Committee has somewhat curtailed the list in view of the overcrowded state of the rooms on recent occasions. Is sanguine of obtaining an extra invitation for Major Lowe and is sure the Committee would feel regret in declining a request from Holden. |
