DescriptionThe Royal Society has under consideration an application from the University of Ottawa for the grant of a set of 'Challenger' publication for the library which was destroyed by fire in 1903. The Society thinks the application should be granted and Geikie asks if the Lords of His Majety's Treasury may be pleased to authorize the Controller of the Stationary Office to forward a complete unbroken set of these publications to the library of the University, 483 Bank Street, Ottawa, Canada.
