DescriptionHarrison states that there are 142 subscribers to the Huggins Fund. He sends a copy of the last circular sent to Rayleigh subscribers for comparison, and a typed copy of the Minutes of the meeting of subscribers, as drafted by Professor Joseph Larmor.

He also sends Turner's postcard, forwarded to him by Larmor, who has annotated it in relation to the photographic copies of the portrait.
