DescriptionHarrison communicates the desirability of Clerk sending in the photographs necessary to illustrate the paper which Charles Algernon Parsons has agreed to communicate to the Royal Society. He further states that, if the additional photographs referred to of the original indicator diagrams, taken in the investigation, form part of those intended for publication with the paper, they should also be made available for consideration with the manuscript.

The manuscript of Clerk's paper is yet to be received from Parsons.
