DescriptionHarrison informs Bulloch that Leonard Hill, communicator of Dr Keith's paper, has elected to deputise to Bulloch the task of expounding Keith's paper at the meeting. He has consulted with the other secretaries, and though they wish to adhere to the principles of procedure, they will ask the President to call on Bulloch to give an exposition of Keith's paper tomorrow, providing he does not refer to any controversial matter not contained in the paper.
