Date4 April 1906
DescriptionHarrison explains that despite the Royal Society's extensive collection of meteorological observations, they only have two manuscript meteorological observations covering the period 1745 to 1750, namely a journal by Dr James Jurin and a journal by John Hooker of Tunbridge.
