DescriptionHas been discussing with an eminent engineer and member of Council, the Society's scheme for improving the lighting of the Council room. The Council member inclines to favour a plan which Harrison thinks Haine suggested of dropping lights from the ceiling. Asks for an idea of the relative expense and difficulty of this scheme, if possible before Thursday.
