DescriptionIn reply to Bruce's of Saturday, Harrison thinks the most useful thing he can send is the enclosed precis [not enclosed], which Towle made for general use from the minutes of the Sleeping Sickness Committee. From this Bruce will see that the affair originated in personal interviews, followed by a letter from the Society, of which a copy is enclosed. Offers to show Bruce the Minute Book at any time for fuller particulars.
