DescriptionIn the matter of Colaba [report] the draft was left in the hands of [Charles] Chree and [Arthur] Schuster and Larmor had instructions that the Society was to to send on what they agreed upon as the view of the Committee. Is glad Eliot does not find anything to prevent him signing the draft.
