DescriptionThe report of the second referee, Professor Isaac Bayley Balfour, upon Dr Fritsch's paper 'On the Anatomy of the Julianiaceae considered from the Systematic Point of View' has been received today, and it is in favour of publication in 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. Professor [John Bretland] Farmer's report was not in favour. Asks the Chairman if the paper should now go to a third referee.
