DescriptionHarrison asks that the certify the enclosed form of payment from the Crown Agents for the Colonies and present them for payment as soon as possible, so as to allow the amount to pass through their account prior to Monday 11 November when the books close for audit. The certificate on the reverse was originally completed incorrectly, but Harrison has initialled the correction, and if they will sign to attest to Mr Kempe's comptence to give the receipt, he hopes it will be cleared without difficulty.
