TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir John Eliot, Fellow of the Royal Society, Bon Porto Cavalaire Var, France
Date18 November 1907
DescriptionHarrison notes that the Observatories Committee were sorry that Eliot could not attend their recent meeting, but the minutes will be circulated, and other documents received since the meeting and relating to the minutes, will also soon be circulated. He expresses confusion regarding the time the post seems to take between the Royal Society and Eliot's home, reporting that Eliot's letter of the 5th arrived on the 9th, which he reflects is a long time for a letter to take from the South of France, and suggests that Eliot may like to investigate this.
