Description | Considering the difficulty mentioned in Oliver's letter of getting a quorum at your Committee, Harrison asks how would it do to refer the matter of Buller's paper and the Arber-Thomas paper to them by correspondence. Harrison says it wont be any more trouble that the procedure prescribed by standing orders and leaves the decision in Oliver's hands. The Mathematics Committee conduct practically all their business by correspondence and hardly ever meet.' |
