TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to F Hyde, 27 Mincing Lane, EC
Date6 May 1908
Description'Dear Sir,
I am much obliged by your letter of April 29, offering a portrait of Dr Martin Lister for sale to the Society. I fear however, there is little likelihood of your offer being accepted, because the Society has no money available for the purchase of pictures, and if it had, the walls are already so crowded that it would be difficult to find space for any additions.'
