DescriptionProfessor Edward Albert Sharpey Schafer reports against accepting Dr E Emrys Roberts' paper, 'On the embedding of the embryo guinea-pig in the uterine wall and its nutrition at all stages of development', communicated by Walter Heape FRS.

Schafer states the paper contains nothing that is not already known in the way of facts and the inferences which are drawn were unsupported by evidence. Asks whether the Chairman will advise what to do next.
