Description'In reply to yours of the 30th January with regard to the edition of Proceedings, your memorandum allows for 50 bound in cloth of each number, whereas we only have 25 bound in cloth. That puts the edition of 1250 right on the present distribution; but we are revising the scheme of distribution, and I have to request you therefore to make no further distribution of gratis numbers until you have revised instructions.'
