Description'With reference to your letter to Sir Archibald Geikie of the 2nd inst, I am directed to acquaint you that your work on the Antarctic Album has given every satisfaction and we are obliged to you for the pains you took to obtain that result.
I am to ask you to be good enough to send us a statement of how the stock now stands, that is, to let us know how the edition has so far been disposed of between copies posted and distributed, sent to Harrison & Sons, sent to us here, sold, and still in stock.
If in future you will furnish three-monthly statements we shall be obliged.'
