With reference to a telegram which I received sometime ago, and which ultimately turned out to be from your Observatory, we have just received a notice from the R Accademia dei Lincei of the meeting of the Council of the International Association, which is summoned for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd June next at the house of the Lincei (Palazzo gia Corsini, Lungara 10) Rome.'
