DescriptionMr Pocock's certificate is dated December 3rd, 1903, so that, strictly speaking, under the Statutes, Cap.I., Sect.XI., it ceases to be valid on December 3rd of this year; but in cases such as this, where the request for re-suspension is received before the expiration of the statutory five years, the Officers have decided to regard the certificate as valid so that Mr Pocock's certificate will be re-suspended for the ensuing election in accordance with Woodward's request.'
