TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor Joseph Larmor, Secretary of the Royal Society
Date23 November 1908
DescriptionThe question of the National Physical Laboratory papers has, as you are well aware, a wider bearing on our publications than that of the particular case, and Harrison thinks some general principle ought to be established for dealing with a certain class of papers, irrespective of the opportunities that may exist for their publication elsewhere. Harrison givens an example of a typical referee's report which has the brought the matter to his mind.
