DescriptionRix is sorry to report that the Officers selected another man and that it is not therefore in Rix's power to offer him the temporary employment of which they spoke a few days ago. Rix encloses a note of introduction to the Reverend Mark Wilks, a member of the London School Board, which may be of service to Tennant. Rix encloses herewith the testimonial left in his care.
