Title | Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to John Evans, Treasurer, Royal Society |
Date | 17 October 1890 |
Description | Rix forgot to mention when Foster was at the Society that Mr Fuller says Evans told him some time ago that Evans might be able to find him some extra work. Fuller is living almost hand to mouth and would be glad to earn a little from evening work and Rix thinks him very competent for any straightforward kind of work. Rix notes the Royal Society has copies of the Rumford and Davy Medals but not the Copley or Royal. |
