Description | Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society paper by Dr G C Simpson "On the electricity of rain and its origin in thunderstorms" communicated by Dr Gilbert T Walker, FRS. The the meeting of the Physics and Chemistry Committee the above paper was referred to Professor Schuster as a second referee. Schusters has introduced some modifications with the authors consent. Professor Chuster and Mr Wilson recommend the paper for publication in the Philosophical Transactions. Harrison asks if the Chairman concurs with this action. |
