TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to The Secretary, British South Africa Company
Date4 May 1909
DescriptionWith regard to the standard car lent by the Russian Government for the purposes of the recent Geodetic Survey in Rhodesia [Zimbabwe]; from the information now obtained it appears most probable that the damage complained of must have been wrought by some opening of the package on the Russian Frontier. The Royal Society has written to General Artamanoff expressing great regret and suggesting this explanation.
