With reference to your letter of the 2nd instant, I shall be pleased to give you facilities for inspecting the Royal Society's copy of the Parentalia of Wren and any other papers relating to Wren that are in our Library; but for any extensive transcription from the MSS of the Royal Society permission has to be obtained from the Council.'
