TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to D Cockerell, Letchworth
Date2 July 1909
Description'My dear Sir,
If there is any chance of your being in town on Monday next I should be much obliged if you would look in and see me on the question of the storage of our stock.
Our present plan is to undertake the conversion of our basement into a book store by degrees, and I should like to consult you as to the advantages or otherwise of transferring our stock to the country also piece-meal. The stock we have to deal with immediately, to make room for the shelving first contemplated, amount to something of about 5 or 6 tons, and I should like to know whether you would be prepared to house and handle that in the first instance, and at what charge.'
