The draft particulars you send are in order as far as substance goes, but as no qualifications of a candidate are formally considered, except such as are written on the face of the certificate, I fear you would have difficulty in getting in quite so much as is typed if your draft. Some of it might perhaps be abbreviated and if written very small might be got on the certificate.' |
