Description'Dear Sir,
I have to acknowledge your letter of the 17th instant with reference to the investigation into Glass Workers' Cataract. The account for £1. 1s. 0d which you enclosed will be forwarded to Mr Parsons as you request, and both Mr Parsons and Sir William Crookes will be informed of those matters in your letter which relate to them. The question which is raised by you, as to payment of railway fares incurred by members of the Committee who are obliged to make special journeys to attend the meetings of the Committee, will also received attention.'
