TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Edwin Ray Lankester, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date15 October 1909
DescriptionHarrison observes his minute regarding the Challenger Reports. A grant of the Challenger Reports was made in 1898 to the Library of the Paris University on condition of its being deposited in the Laboratory of Professor Delage at the Sorbonne. Delage had written to say that although he had use of the reports when he was in Paris, when he went down to Roscoff the University would not let the volumes go.

Lankester's recollection is quite correct, according to the Stationary Office lists a complete set was presented to the Roscoff Laboratory in 1895. Any further action has been suspended until Professor Delage has been communicated with.
