DescriptionThe letter R. & S. 318, February 16th, of Sir Richmond Ritchie has been submitted to the President and Council of the Royal Society, who have caused enquiries to be made as to suitable candidates for the temporary post of "Imperial Meteorologist" in India.
The recommendations are: W A Harwood MSc and E Gold MA.
The Royal Society leave it to HM Government to find out whether the candidate selected is available to take the post.
