| Description | Their application on behalf of the International Commission for the Publication of Annual Tables of Physical-Chemical Constants has been brought before the Council of the Royal Society. Council understands that the communication, on behalf of that Commission, to the International Convention of the Catalogue of Scientific Literature, came to hand only on the last day of the meeting of that Convention, and therefore too late to appear on the agenda, or to be taken into consideration.
The International Convention of the Catalogue referred the subject to its Executive Committee in the terms of the resolution which Wilsmore quotes on page eight of his prospectus. Council regrets that they are unable to take any steps. |
