TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Charles Chree, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date15 February 1911
DescriptionHarrison is sending a draft of the minutes of the meeting of the Gassiot Sub-Committee on publication. He confesses that his individual mind rather revolts at incorporating in the actual record of a meeting decisions of which have been arrived at by individuals afterwards. Knows it's only apparently a matter of form, but form in these affairs does sometimes turn out to be important and he has tried to meet the situation by putting down as actual minutes the decisions which were actually arrived at at the meeting.
