TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor J [James] E [Emerson] Reynolds FRS
Date1 June 1911
Description'Referring to your letter of May 31st, your contribution cheque was duly paid into our bank in your name, but I am sorry to find that a receipt was inadvertently omitted to be written up and sent; consequently, your name not being marked off, a circular was sent, of course in error. About that time we were much pressed here with Soiree work.
I enclose a formal receipt, and regret the trouble to which you have unnecessarily been put.' [no enclosure]
