Description'I am directed to inform you that your letter of the 19th instant was laid before the President and Council of the Royal Society at their meeting on Thursday last and to send the following copy of the Minute of Council relating thereto.
"Read a letter dated February 19, 1912 from the late Lord Lister's Executors as to a bequest which he had made to the Society, in which they stated that the Executors were anxious, which the consent of the Society, to take a certain course with regard to some annuities and small legacies bequeathed by Lord Lister to other persons.

Resolves:- The the proposal of the Executors be approved."'
