TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to The British Vacuum Cleaner Company Limited, Parson's Green Lane, S.W.
Date27 September 1912
DescriptionIs obliged by their letter of yesterday. Considering that the apparatus they supplied has been in use less than twelve months, and that the pipe which gave out has only had ordinary use and has not been forced in any way, Harrison is still of the opinion that they should supply a new one with no extra charge if the old one cannot be replaced.
