TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Arthur Schuster, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date1 November 1912
DescriptionConcerning Schuster's note on the minutes of the Physics and Chemistry Committee, the phrase about publishing elsewhere added to the resolution about Mr Merton's paper has become rather a formula, and so it was put in, but Harrison agrees it was not formally resolved by the Committee and it has been taken out. Harrison's note made at the time however does not say that withdrawal was to be offered, and hopes he will not think the terms of the formal letter to Professor Thomson go beyond the resolution of the Committee.
