Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor Schuster, Secretary of the Royal Society |
Date | 6 December 1912 |
Description | Memorandum from Harrison enclosing a rough draft for a reply to Falmouth [no enclosure]. Harrison also tells Schuster that he missed altogether the names chosen for the Executive Committee of the National Physical Laboratory and can find no note of them. Harrison asks that, if Schuster has his notes from the meeting, could he send Harrison the two names. Harrison writes that he will send a draft for a letter to the Treasury about Lord Rayleigh, which perhaps Schuster can kindly settle. Harrison asks whether Schuster thinks it is a good thing to report the whole sectional committee at the time any lengthy paper passed by the Secretary alone or white the Chairman, and Harrison explains his reasoning for this. |
