DescriptionHaving fully considered the Chancellor's letter of 16 May, and consulted certain colleagues for advice in the matter, Geikie states that the three people most qualified by long practical experience regarding tuberculosis to serve in the proposed Advisory Council are: Sidney Harris Cox Martin, Sir William Watson Cheyne, Sir John Macfadyean.
