DescriptionAmong the applications for the Mackinnon Studentships which are shortly to be awarded is [Henry Gwyn Jeffreys] Moseley who has given Rutherford's name as a reference. The Committee would be very glad of any information he could give them about Moseley and his work. He proposes to engage in an investigation of the X-rays by reflecting them from chrystals.
