Description'Dear Sirs,
In further answer to your letter of Feb [February] 24, I am directed to say that the Treasurer will be glad to have the opportunity of inspecting the autograph letters referred to. If they could be sent here they would be kept in careful custody. Could you give me some idea of the money value which you place upon them?
