Description'I have submitted your estimate for Sir Henry Roscoe's plates to the Officers. The amount is large, tho' [though] possibly not larger than one must expect to pay for the collotype process. The Treasurer, however, desires me to ask you whether you can allow a discount for cash payment, kindly let me have your answer before putting the plates in hand'.
