Description'Mr L Bygdén, Librarian at the University, Upsala, while acknowledging the recent receipt of Philosophical Transactions ['Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'] Vol 180 &c sent in August by your agency complains that they have not yet received Vol. 180. This vol. was in a parcel delivered to your care on August 21, 1890. I should be glad to know what answer to make to them'.
