| Description | Rix has been informed that Schafer proposed another name for Foreign Membership of the Royal Society in addition to those previously proposed, but he cannot find any entry in the book. Dr Michael Foster is reported as saying that he warned Schafer of the necessity of such entries.
He has entered the minute as though the entry had been made and signed, but notes that if this is not actually done before the next Council the proceeding will be irregular, and his candidate cannot be ballotted for. Rix encloses the regulation. |
